Week at the Ranch

Last week we ended up joining my parents for a week at the ranch. They decided to spend a week of vacation and somehow it turned into our vacation too! With Drew taking care of Cole and the flexibility of my job to work from anywhere, why not? We had a great time!! We went on the pontoon, fished, rode horses (not me because I am pregnant but everyone else did including Cole), took Cole on golf cart rides (which he calls the kubota or "bota"), went on long walks at the state park nearby, and even went antiquing when it rained. We are happy to be in town and able to go more often.

Friends Reunited

Last night we went to Tina and John's for a BBQ with Carrie and Drew. Photo opp! Here is Natalie (2), Gretchen (8 months), Josie (4), and Cole (21 months). :)

22 Weeks

Hard to believe I am more than halfway through! On Monday, May 6th we had an ultrasound where they zoom in on all of the systems. Everything looks great! The baby was kicking and flipping all around. It is so fun to see him and makes us love him even more. Cannot wait to meet this little guy. Drew and I are not one for 3D ultrasounds and didn't realize she was going to look at the face in 3D but we sure did love seeing this little face!! So thankful for a healthy report.

Mud Fun

Two weeks ago we went to the ranch and Dad, Wade and Drew were able to get good work done on building the dock by putting in all the footings. It rained the whole time but Cole was thrilled with the mud!

Cole's First Trip to Bennett Springs

This weekend we headed to Ashley's parents' cabin outside of Springfield which is really neat. It was snowing in May but we headed to Bennett for a couple of hours for Cole to check it out. He could not get enough of the hatcheries!
