Day 2 Overdue

July 22nd has come and gone...so now we are on Day 2 of being overdue. A few weeks ago even the doctor seemed to think Baby H would make an early appearance but he is hanging in there. It's the craziest thing that here this baby is in my belly but I have no control over when he comes out! It's all on his terms so hopefully he will want to come out soon. :) Our next appointment is Wednesday, July 27th if he hasn't come. We of course hope he arrives before then but if not we will talk about getting induced. Our doctor induces between 41 and 42 weeks which could be as soon as Friday, July 29th. We'll just have to see. At this point we know he is going to be here soon because he is past his due date. It is very exciting and VERY difficult to be patient! We just want to meet him! We're doing well though and enjoying these last few relaxing days before baby. Come on Baby H!

Any Day Now

Just a quick note- Baby Harris will be here any day now! It is so hard to be patient when we know we are so close to meeting him but it will be WELL worth the wait. We had a doctor's appointment yesterday and things continue to look good. I am continuing to dilate and efface and the doctor is really happy with how low he is sitting and his position. She says it should make for a good delivery which is great to hear. I feel so fortunate to have had a healthy pregnancy thus far and just want to finish this off with a healthy baby boy. We can't wait to announce his arrival!!
